J.D. Kutter Insurance Associates is a production unit within C.J. Thomas Company. It is our philosophy to provide customers with the highest level of professional service and support.

The C.J. Thomas Company is a multi-service independent insurance agency managed by various shareholders, who own and operate their own "books" of insurance and surety business. The shareholders utilize the insurance and surety markets contracted through C.J. Thomas Company to conduct their individual businesses.

J.D. Kutter is certified as a WBE firm with Missouri Highway and Transportation Department, Lambert - St. Louis International Airport, City of St. Louis, METRO, and Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
